Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
We offer immediate order cancellations if we have not shipped your order yet. Once the order has been shipped we cannot cancel it. We ship within 5-8 business days maximum. We make a lot of our product fresh and don't keep a lot in back stock.
How do I return or exchange an item?
For safety reasons, we do not allow returns or exchanges of food items.
How much is shipping?
The amount of shipping varies per order. You will be able to view your shipping cost before purchasing, so there will be no surprises.
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
Freeze drying removes all the moisture in the candy/treats and makes them much more fragile. We do our best to securely package each item, however due to USPS handling some pieces may settle and/or break apart during transit. If broken up, the candy pieces make great toppings on ice cream, cakes, yogurt, and many other things. We cannot be responsible for the actions of USPS and therefore cannot offer refund/replacement for candies/treats that have been damaged in transit. We'll work with you in the event that this does happen or if any of the non-freeze dried items are damaged. Please take pictures of the item and contact us within the first 3 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. fastpitchsweets@gmail.com
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Kentucky.
Think of our freeze-dried treats like Gremlins! Keep them away from sunlight, and moisture, and always seal them up when not in use.
